Saitek Speakers make a large variety of models to suit what you need, and they have come up with some great ideas too. The A-250 speaker box is about 14” by 5” and 4”. It is incredibly portable weighing only a pound and 14 ounces. The case is made out of great plastic which loves to attract fingerprint and dust marks. Saitek Speakers are able to transfer music easily from any room to another room, whether you are studying, cooking or working in the garage. The speaker box is powered by four AA batteries or through an AC adaptor which comes included. The battery tray opens up underneath the box, and is quite easy to change batteries. You are able to connect Saitek Speakers to iPods, CD players and various other MP3 players. It does look a little weird with the bug eyes, but then every Portable Speaker system these days look a bit weird! The sound quality from these is excellent, and you would never expect it to be coming from such a tiny unit!
The Treble is good, and the bass is too except when you really crank the music. The problem with these small issues is that when you do turn the volume up the bass can’t seem to keep up. This may or may not be a problem though depending on how far away from the speaker set that you are working. The issue with the wireless is that it cuts out at anything over 10 meters. This is a real problem for houses that are tall and big, as it becomes almost useless.
There are often a lot of issues connecting the Saitek Speakers to other phones and laptops, despite the advertising saying that it is easy to do! Overall these are a reasonable set of speakers, but you can go much higher quality if you want. Logitech Portable Speakers tend to be better, but then there is a price difference too. At the end of the day you need to consider exactly what you want and go from there. A lot of people just want a cheap set of Portable speakers to throw around and use for a while.

There are so many places online where you can purchase electronic appliances for a fraction of what you would pay at a shop near your place. This is mainly true because of the massive mark up that needs to happen to cover freight and the cost of employing people to handle the items! The trick with eBay is to take the time to look for a good deal, then wait for the bidding to get very close to the end and then snatch it up at the end. I generally wait until there is about 10 seconds left, but make sure you know what you are doing. You will win every time, which is great!
